Terms & Conditions

1. Our workshop is very intimate with limited space and availability. If you will not be able to make it to your appointment, please reschedule or cancel the appointment on your end promptly.
2. We text you a few days prior to confirm your appointment. Failure to respond to this message will result in an automatic cancellation because of limited seats.
3. You can come 5-10 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment. Otherwise we may not be able to accommodate arrivals any earlier than that.
4. We will hold your appointments for 15 minutes after the scheduled time. If you come later than 15 minutes we may not be able to accommodate your appointment or we may need to expedite the process by skipping some steps.
5. Please text us at (646)-957-0489 to notify us if you are coming late.
6. One appointment is for 1-2 people. If you are a group of 3-4, book two separate appointments under the same name and leave a note that there will be 3-4 people coming. Otherwise there is no extra seating available.

8. We accept debit and credit cards only, no cash accepted.
